Key Responsibilities
- Processing Transactions: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly service and answer inquiries.
- Receipt & Refund Management: Issue receipts and process returns professionally.
- Cash Register Balancing: Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and UAE financial regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Attention to detail and reliability.
